Our Neighborhood- To Preserve and Keep

Our Neighborhood is a uniquely-situated community like no other in Monmouth County. Made up of many original beach cottages and bungalows from the 1920’s of vintage appeal , and nestled in a quiet setting with a spacious sandy beach within steps to everyone who lives here, our ‘Neighborhood by the Bay’ has all the ingredients that conjure up prime real estate.

Quaint beachside streets lined with charming craftsman-style homes are notable throughout the neighborhood and create a charming coastal environment … a pared-down, restful, simpler way of life that is so attractive and envied.

With a neighborhood school situated literally within the vicinity of the community it serves, and within walking distance to those it serves, there is a peace-of-mind element and fundamentally good family presence our neighborhood school offers as it’s structure stands ready to serve our youngest.

Also conveying and supporting a family neighborhood image, we have two lovely churches also within walking distance that welcome all in the community and represent all that is good and stable in our charming neighborhood.

Centrally-located in the neighborhood is a collection of properties zoned for business….. small enough to co-exist within our quaint community while offering business possibilities to service our needs appropriately and reinforce and support our home-town image.

Our neighborhood is fortunate to have municipally-supported recreation such as the Tonya Keller Bayshore Community Center, McMahon Field and Roosevelt Park as well as open areas, walking and biking paths at the perimeter of the neighborhood, along with the popular Henry Hudson Trail at our avail. These facilities are there for our enjoyment and health and are integral to our hometown-oriented neighborhood.

We are also incredibly fortunate to have the protection of the East Keansburg Fire Company, Station 5, and Middletown Emergency Medical Services right here within our neighborhood. Those that serve these stations are a dedicated group of individuals ready to act on our behalf to protect our families, homes, and property…. on a volunteer basis.
