The Tonya Keller Community Center (TKCC) is the focal point for many of the Ideal Beach community activities.

Ocean Avenue School is our wonderful neighborhood elementary school.

East Keansburg Fire Company, Station 5, and Middletown First Aid & Rescue Squad right here within our neighborhood - dedicated individuals ready to act on our behalf to protect our families, homes, and property…. on a volunteer basis.

Live Where You Work is a special home mortgage incentive program that provides low-interest mortgage loans to people who work in Middletown and who are looking to purchase a home in Middletown.

The Baykeepers and the Monmouth Conservation Foundation are organizations dedicated to the preservation of green space and the preserving of the ecological integrity of our regional watersheds respectively.
