Membership in the Community Association is open to all residents eighteen years of age or older that have lived in the Ideal Beach Neighborhood for at least six months. Membership is available without regard to race, color, creed or national origin (with the above residency restriction). Non-Residents who wish to support the Neighborhood are also welcome as Associate Members.
There are no membership fees.
The IBCA meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m at the Tonya Keller Community Center located at the corner of Port Monmouth Road and Bray Avenue offering on-site staff baby sitters for those who need that service on meeting nights.
IBCA Members
♦ Ideal Beach Neighborhood resident for six months or more
♦ At least 18 years old
♦ Can own or rent
♦ Has one vote in Officer and Trustee elections and in other matters put forth at
monthly meetings
♦ Must attend meetings in person to participate in IBCA business and vote
♦ IBCA Associate Members
♦ Non-residents interested in supporting our neighborhood
♦ Encouraged to attend IBCA meetings and participate in activities, but do not have
voting privileges
